Privacy Policy
This policy explains what The Fave Club collects when you create an account, why, and the control you have over it.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: first and last name, email, phone number, date of birth, postal address, and a password (stored only as a salted hash, never in readable form).
- Optional: a profile picture, and the artists you follow.
- Technical data: a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in, and standard server logs.
Why we use it
- To run your account and verify your email.
- To arrange and confirm experiences you book with our partners once booking opens.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. Your details are never shown publicly. Your profile picture is visible only to you.
Who can see it
Our authorised administrators can view member details to operate the service and support you. We use hosting and email providers to run the site. They process data only on our behalf. We may share the details needed to fulfil a booking with the relevant event partner once you make one. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Age
The Fave Club is for people aged 13 and over. If you believe a child under 13 has signed up, contact us and we will delete the account.
Your choices
- Access and correct: view and edit your details in your account.
- Download: export a copy of your data from your account page.
- Delete: permanently delete your account and its data from your account page. Deletion is immediate. Routine backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.
Retention
We keep your account data until you delete your account. Single-use email and reset links expire automatically.
Security
Connections use HTTPS in production, passwords are hashed, and sign-in attempts are rate limited. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Artist biographies are summarised from Wikipedia (CC BY-SA 4.0) and may be out of date.
